Got a new job- need new clothes

Eek.... I'm happy I have a new job but now I need a whole new wardrobe. It's still in accounting but now it's more dressy than before. What is the style that is in style right now?

I couldn't tell you, but I know the feeling of having to shop for a whole new wardrobe. I would suggest just looking through some current catalogs (I like Chadwick's and JC Penny's if I'm on a budget) and go with what you like rather than what's necessarily all the rage.

I just got back from shopping and let me tell you- I walked around some stores saying this stuff is BUTT UGLY. I ended up spending a ton of money but I'm happy with my choices.

I hope you enjoy your new job, well done. If I were you I'd stick to the black trouser/skirt suits with crisp white shirts that can be jazzed up as necessary with colourful accessories. You can't go wrong with this combination!

About the dress, I buy the clothes that I needed and no more. I'm very stingy when it comes to clothing.

Yes it was for the job that I had the phone interview for. I went from that to the physical interview to the reference check to landing the job. I'm so excited.

So far I'm fitting right in with the clothes I bought.
