When I was in the service I got a tatoo. Then it was just a man thing. Now you see all of the girls going around with tatoos everywhere. What's your take on tatoos? Are they acceptable or not?

Tattoos have come a long way from their dangerous origins where re-using needles and using ink from pens or other harmful products was the norm. Now getting a tatoo is pretty easy and more clean, though still painful.

I'm a 23 year old female with 4 tattoos, and I have at least 2 more planned. Because of my job, they are all in places that can be covered, and I think anyone planning to enter the professional world should consider that as society continues to try to accept tattoos.
