Default Shaven Head

Have you ever considered having your head shaved as a fashion statement? If you are female, this would be a really individual thing to do. I confess that I wouldn't be brave enough to do it although I sometimes threaten to in the Summer when my long, thick hair makes me feel too hot.

I considered cutting my hair to about 1" long all around, and then using hair gel to spike it in all directions. Then I moved and was placed in private school - there went that idea. My hair has been purple, blue, and red on separate occasions, though.

Oh I love that you have had your hair coloured unusual colours! I always wanted to try this when I was young but first my parents wouldn't allow it then later, my partners objected so I never have.

I really don't think I would like to have my head shaved if I didn't have to. There are too many life situations which require you to have a shaven or bald head. So I would like to keep my hair for as long as possible.

I have nothing against women with shaved head in my own opinion. I still find them attractive sporting a bald head and donning a pair of rounded medium earrings.

The only time I thought about this was not for a fashion statement but to make sure a family member was not alone when going through cancer. The person was a beautician and highly upset as the lose of her hair not just because it was her hair, but because all of the year she spent styling her own and others.

My mother wouldn't let me do anything permanent to my hair; not even bleaching. It was all semi-permanent dye that I just kept reapplying every two weeks or so.

I think that just the consideration was utterly sweet of you.
