Default What's the different between HD and HQ?

Anyone know the different?

HD = High Definition
HQ = High Quality

I honestly don't know the difference and it also came into me to know the difference. So I made a quick visit to google and found some answers. The quick difference would be the file size.

You cannot distinguish the difference between the two if you don't have a High Definition monitor. I luckily have an HD monitor and tried the HD and the HQ. In HD videos, the color is very clear and crisp. With HQ, its like the normal video is enhanced digitally.

Thanks guys for the enlightening thread and reply. I didn't even know before that HQ stands for High Quality. Many HQ streaming videos I ever watched didn't seems to deserve their attribute.
