Do you think Video Cards are too pricey ?

Imagine this, An xbox 360 arcade today is only 189USD while a video card costs 200 for the same graphics level plus the cost of a boatload of other needed parts such as the processor, ram, mobo etc....

Do you think they are overpriced as to be comparing to gaming consoles these days? Even the Ps3 is 300USD only.
