Yuck Weather

Ok seriously what has happened to the weather? It's been dire, for weeks. We had three weeks of decent weather, high temps, and then its been rain and overcast ever since. It's supposed to be summer, come on!

I myself do not like the summer anymore. It is just way too hot for me. I usually like it up till June but July and August this year have been so hot there are heat warnings every day. My favorite time of the year is Fall.

I agree, that you can't get much done when it is hot. But take for instance today-our highest temperature was 64 degrees-it should have been more like 80-86. I wore a sweater all day!

We've had a wonderfully pleasant couple of weeks. Get this -- California -- high of 77. Ridiculous, but what fun. Most days have been high mid to high 80's. That's ending now. We're going back to normal high 90's weather, they say. This has been a beautiful respit.

I love the heat. I would rather have an 110 degree day than a 10 below day. We get them both here and I just can not stand being in the cold.

Here, it's been so hot that you can barely breathe while you're outside. Physical labor of any sort is nearly impossible. Getting in my car mid-day feels like stepping into a furnace.

I'm in the same boat as you Charlie. We even turned the heating on yesterday morning but had to turn it off as the temperature did rise in the afternoon. It was thundering last night and is dark and wet today although it isn't cold so it feels a bit humid. Give me hot and sunny any day!

Yeah we had thunder yesterday, twice, and it rained so much it felt like the sky had fallen in. We go on holiday tomorrow, so I hope it stops soon!
