Remote users

I just went through a pain in the neck session over night because of a virus scan issue. These days they have this remote user thing where you let the other guy access the computer. It still makes me nervous.

Have you ever used these remote sessions?

Yes. I've helped out friends on a number of occasions by using remote access. It might be unnerving but when the person on the other end isn't able to carry out your instructions well enough, it's the only way to help them.
