Yep I tried it.
It's more like a Twitter type rather than a Facebook. For the Facebook type, they have Orkut. Buzz is pretty much the same as Twitter. You can connect it to YouTube, etc. just like Twitter. It even connects to Twitter

Yeah, I guess so. I forget about Orkut and never tried it before. I just visited orkut.com, and to amaze me, I got a welcome page with my name stated there. I think it has something to do with my account on Google. So, you can use your Google account to participate on the website, right?

Great! That's what I like about Google. The website integrate their services in such a way that we need only one account to use all the services. I think Orkut is the only Google's product I have never used. I have tried the others like Blogger, Adsense, Gmail, Google Webmaster Tools, and the search engine itself.
