Google Buzz

I don't know if it can be considered a social networking site, but it serves functions of a social networking site. Developed by Google, I thinks it's too early to say that Google Buzz will be a strong competitor of Facebook. Have you given it a try?

Yep I tried it.
It's more like a Twitter type rather than a Facebook.
For the Facebook type, they have Orkut.

Buzz is pretty much the same as Twitter.
You can connect it to YouTube, etc. just like Twitter.
It even connects to Twitter

Yeah, I guess so. I forget about Orkut and never tried it before. I just visited orkut.com, and to amaze me, I got a welcome page with my name stated there. I think it has something to do with my account on Google. So, you can use your Google account to participate on the website, right?

Yep.
In fact, I log in to Orkut using my Google account
It already got all the data I put inside my Google account so I don't need to work twice.

Great! That's what I like about Google. The website integrate their services in such a way that we need only one account to use all the services. I think Orkut is the only Google's product I have never used. I have tried the others like Blogger, Adsense, Gmail, Google Webmaster Tools, and the search engine itself.
