Could you post the link please? I do take supplements as does my husband (on my recommendation) so I'd like to know what the latest thinking is about them, despite the fact that the "experts" are always changing their minds!

It may not be a link that can be accessed. Much of the Consumer Reports stuff is locked behind passwords for subscribers. I don't subscribe so I usually don't bother going there. Might try a search because once one magazine has this information, it usually turns up other places pretty quickly.

I get the magazine. Sometimes these are ingredients in other things. This is a list for everyone not just people on high blood pressure. Here are the "Dirty Dozen"

Oh sorry, I did not even think about that. Yeah the list out of the magazine is not just for people with high blood pressures. For example some of the ones on the list above (thanks macky) have had the FDA release warnings that they cause liver damage (live Kava).

Test marketing tell us how consumer behavior about vitamins mostly public like vitamin for weakness .so we should use research products.
