Those exercises are great if you want to build up the muscles, but if nutrition isn't involved, there's no way to lose the fat.

Well, I've certainly discovered a way of getting some exercise! We've just bought a Nintenu Wii plus Wii sports and we are having so much fun I've just ordered the WiiFit plus. I ache in muscles I haven't used for years and that's got to be good, yes?

I love Wii Fit! I've also been using Wii Active with my mother and both of us are getting our butts kicked by it, lol. I've lost around 10 pounds by eating better, walking, and playing Wii.

I don't have fat all over my body, that is the problem. I have it in the belly area. I have the Wii fit, Wii fit plus, Biggest Loser, and other wii games too. I should jump on them and give them a try again!

To reduce belly fat, cardio exercises are best like: swimming, running, jogging and cycling, but swimming is one of the best one from all these, because while you are swimming you lose weight fast than others your all body joints workout while swimming.

Silviana just prefer 10-15 minutes of brisk walking in the park I am sure that much would be enough for you.
