Grrrrrr- hating Verizon

I'm so sick of Verizon! My phone crapped out in just over a year. Imagine that right? I want to buy a new phone that is buy 1 get 1 but they won't let me. Why? because I can't upgrade both lines, only 1.

Wow, that doesn't seem right. When my plan runs out they give you good deals. So instead of getting a free phone I got a 300 dollar phone for 30 bucks. I would be really upset if it were to break in a year.

I stopped into another Verizon today only to be told the same thing. I'm about ready to pay the $175 cancellation and be done with them. I wish I could find another cell phone carrier that had reception in my area.
