E-bay ??

If I can't get a phone with an early upgrade, I'm thinking of buying a used one or even new one from e-bay. Have you ever done this? Is it safe? I just do not want to pay $400 at the Verizon store.

I don't see why not. I bought our digital house phones on EBay and they were brand new in a box. They work fine. I bought my sim for my mobile phone on EBay also. I have bought quite a few electrical items and I have never had a problem. In any case Paypal protects buyers now.

I have a brother in law who did this. My husband now wants a different phone and for the same reason we are looking at Ebay as well. They can still be quite expensive though. I would check the seller's rating before buying anything from them.
