Default Stricter monitoring of child abusers
Once someone abuses a child, they should lose all civil rights and have a GPS implanted within their body. These people are scum and our little ones need to be protected.

The way they've been slipping under the radar lately Jeff, I agree. I just found out I have a child sexual abuser just three doors up. To beat it all, he lives with a woman with two little girls. They came and picked up the girls the other night and I have not a clue how they got his new address.
