Which one would have a higher pay? Anyway, I would like to be an employee rather than an employer. I prefer to work for someone else and get paid. And besides, I don't have interest with businesses.

I just want to be an employer first. being an employer is earned and takes a lot of time or funds to be one.

as of now, I am an employee, and I still want to stay the same. but I am also an employer of a very small business. I have two employees working for me.

I would be a employer... i like to be that way because..

I will not have responsibilities like the employer has.
Employer has to depend on me for sure, because i am the only person there.

I'd like to be an employer. I like the idea of leveraging. As an employer I would be hiring people to work for me. That means multiplying my time thru my employees. I've always wanted to be my own boss.

Right now I would choose to be an employee since I'm lacking experience.
But when I have enough experience, and I know how things work, I'd prefer to be an employer.

I've been working for five years and I'm starting to get tired of the corporate world. I don't want to get old working for other people. It has always been my dream to manage my own business.

For my personality, I don't mind being the employee but I'm also a manager so I have some say in how I run my department. Being the employer can be more stressful and time consuming that you could ever imagine.

I have failed as an employer when I tried to put up my own business, so I would rather be a paid employee now.

I think it would be nice to be self-employed. I like the idea of making my own hours and not having to worry about where I'm going to be and when I'll be there.
