Web based graphics tool

I want to create some little website banners and newsletter headers using a free web based tool. Does anyone know of any that have a good amount of options?

I have heard a lot about the Picnik site and Splashup as well. Both seem to have nice options and are free. Picnik is even in Yahoo now.

You might like Aviary as well. It integrates with FireFox. Then there is Pixlr and Suma as well. There are many good options now compared to what there use to be.

Thanks so much, there are several more than what I was figuring on there being. I can't believet hat they are all free too. I love the freebie stuff!

I would say that about 80% of all types of software can be found as an OpenSource software now. It is nice to have the option to get things for free still. It doesn't happen very often.
